The Privacy Counsel role is a key position within lululemon’s Global Privacy Program and requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners and keeping current with best practices, multi-jurisdictional legislative changes, and emerging case law regarding privacy. In your capacity as Privacy Counsel, you will be charged with ensuring that our company complies with relevant laws and policies. Responsibilities will include staying abreast of developments, interpreting laws in the context of the company's activities, and ensuring that key personnel are in possession of necessary information, and offering cross functional support.
