We seek a skilled individual who is highly motivated, organized, willing to learn, and can work independently as part of Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking team as a litigation paralegal. Candidates will assist with all aspects of litigation support, including assistance with subpoenas, locating and analyzing documents and information related to existing or threatened claims, assistance with responding to discovery, including analyzing discovery requests and researching customer relationships, customer files, documents, correspondence and other media to identify discoverable information, processing settlements, assistance with internal reporting regarding pending litigation matters, independently handling and resolving small claims, and other litigation related tasks.
