DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in our Austin office. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments and other general corporate matters.
