Primary Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Provide strategic direction to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department; 2) Supervise attorneys and staff members, including assigning, prioritizing, and reviewing projects; 3) Select, develop, and manage Legal Department staff members; 4) Supervise fellowship and internship programs.
