This Managing Counsel will lead a team of attorneys within the Regulatory & Risk Division leading a team of attorneys responsible for (1) day to day support of enterprise risk programs and functions, and (2) capturing and assessing laws and regulations governing legal entities and financial products to enhance Wells Fargo’s inventory or laws and regulations. The Managing Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders.
