The TFS Legal Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated attorney with experience in automotive optional product and financial services law. This role will provide advice on a broad array of optional product and consumer finance issues, including compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, supporting Toyota Motor Insurance Services (TMIS). The primary responsibility of this role is to advise on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters arising under state optional product law, federal and state financial services laws, and related agency rules and regulations.
