Priceline is looking for an inquisitive, engaging, and experienced senior commercial lawyer to work with our Strategic Partner Solutions division. In this role you will get to: 1) Manage commercial contract drafting and negotiations for all PPS services and products; 2) Advise on strategic partnerships, licensing new business initiatives, sales, customer care, and inventory and content supply agreements; 3) Apply your intellectual curiosity and self-starter approach in negotiating with counterparties and engaging with the business to solve sophisticated business and legal issues.
