We are seeking a future team member for the role of Managing Counsel to join our global Treasury Services legal team supporting the global Treasury Services business (with primary focus on Payments and Liquidity Services). This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA – working on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 1) Document and negotiate global banking agreement terms with Treasury Services clients, working closely with the contract management team supporting Payments and Liquidity Services; 2) Advise on all aspects of payments and liquidity services transactions, products, programs, platforms, processes and related matters; 3) Frequently interact with senior management and relevant business stakeholders
