As a one of the leading attorney's within this group, you would provide legal support to Fiserv’s fast-paced, card issuer processing business which provides outsourced services to banks and other transaction card issuers. As the selected candidate, you would draft and negotiate agreements with banks and other parties; provide counsel to sales, account management, product, and technology leaders on legal and business matters; and collaborate closely with company specialists regarding intellectual property, technology, privacy, security, regulatory, and litigation matters.
