Responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of a contract management team who provides legal advice and guidance to staff and executives in complex contract negotiations and compliance, product development and operations with CGS Partners. Assists with contract negotiations, including review and revision of contracts. May manage a team including exempt and non- exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.
