Under the general supervision of the Vice President & Senior Counsel, the Manager & Counsel is responsible for management of complex subpoena productions, legal reviews of escalated legal orders, paralegal supervision and development to ensure quality work, and meet and confer communication with issuers of escalated legal orders.
