Here is just some of what you will do in this role: 1) Provide a wide range of legal support to internal product development and marketing teams and assess legal risk with respect to Amex Offers channels, web and digital acquisition platforms, customer communications and product updates/enhancements; 2) Collaborate with internal governance and enterprise compliance stakeholders in connection with offers’ constructs, program terms and cardmember facing terms to ensure adherence to UDAAP, FTC and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
