This legal position within the Office of General Counsel will be responsible to provide legal and commercial counsel for a all Mergers & Acquisitions across the VSP Enterprise. Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; 5 years legal experience in a corporate environment or equivalent, specializing in and general business matters and/or matters relevant to supported staff group; Current license to practice law.
