As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a critical role to maximize value while engaging with legal service providers. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with Google lawyers to develop holistic firm engagement strategies, with specific responsibilities including supporting rate card negotiations, reviewing and facilitating billing agreements, establishing and evaluating pricing proposals for legal matters, monitoring and managing legal budgeting effectively, and analyzing billing data.
