We are looking for a Metrics and Reporting Associate to join the Legal Discovery Management Team (LDM) Based in Houston. The Metrics and Reporting Associate main tasks will be to analyze and ensure the accuracy of current/historical data inputs, generate and report business metrics/reports to upper management. You will contribute to and manage business process enhancement, automation, and documentation initiatives for LDM, as well as maintaining and expanding tracking and reporting on key performance indicators of the business. To succeed in this role it is key to be detail and quality oriented, collaborate closely with multiple Legal Technology stakeholders on database and platform testing, implementation, and improvement, while working with internal teams to define requirements for new applications. know how to organize and prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with different partners and stakeholders.
