Primary Responsibilities: 1) Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment on concepts and final materials in support of advertising and promotional reviews of prescription drugs, biosimilars or medical devices, as part of a cross-functional team; 2) Provide legal services, advice and guidance that is consistent with applicable laws and company policies; furthers business objectives and appropriately balances business objectives and legal risks; 3) Exercise judgment to drive decisions on routine and non-routine matters within area of practice.
