The successful candidate will be charged with handling litigation matters and regulatory challenges in the United States in a proactive, timely, cost effective and professional manner in furtherance of business objectives and protection of shareholder interests. The successful candidate may also be assigned to handle litigation matters pending in other jurisdictions outside the U.S. The role will report to Associate General Counsel Global Litigation U.S. Upstream and Integrated Gas/Renewables & Energy Solutions and Latin America & Caribbean.
