As our Legal Counsel- Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations, business coverage will include: Managing a docket of lawsuits and similar contentious matters, mostly in defense of HSBC, and conducting root cause analysis and reporting on the docket of cases. Managing legal risk across various HSBC Lines of Business and/or Functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Providing commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice in a timely and cost-effective manner.
