As Legal Counsel for Pharmacy Consumer Wellness (“PCW”) team, you will provide strategic legal advice and counsel to internal business partners with respect to various retail and healthcare initiatives. You will identify business and legal risks and provide solutions which balance legal risks and business objectives. You will be primarily responsible for the legal and regulatory review of new program product offerings, which will involve significant collaboration with colleagues across the Legal Department, including Privacy, Medicare, and Medicaid SMEs.
