Legal Counsel, Workplace Investigations

Responsibilities: 1) Independently lead and manage workplace investigations in an empathetic, fair, neutral, thorough and timely manner; 2) Conduct complex, professional interviews, prepare investigation findings, and convey ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; 3) Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in scenarios that are complex and highly sensitive, consulting with HR and legal counsel as appropriate to ensure consideration of local laws and cultural nuances.
