Legal Counsel, Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions
This Legal Counsel will advise on The Coca-Cola Company’s global corporate development activities, including acquisitions and divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures, mergers and other strategic transactions. As part of a team reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel – Head of M&A/Strategic Transactions, the successful candidate will work with the Company’s corporate development team to negotiate and structure international and domestic transactions, assist with deal integration, and provide post-closing acquisition management.
