The Legal Division is looking for an attorney to be part of the Technology, Sourcing & Intellectual Property (TSIP) team tasked with advising, counseling, structuring and negotiating technology, outsourcing and intellectual property-related transactions. This is a role for an attorney to join the TSIP team in New York that, as part of its role, will support the firm’s Asset & Wealth Management Division. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across different business teams, including from the Asset & Wealth Management Division, as well as other revenue-generating business lines, in connection with the development of new financial technology products, services and capabilities, and to interact closely with colleagues throughout the firm’s Legal and Compliance functions.
