The Goldman Sachs Legal team seeks to hire a real estate transaction attorney to support the Asset and Wealth Management Division (“AWM”) of Goldman Sachs (“GS”). In particular, the role will support the Real Estate team within AWM that covers the Americas (“AWM Real Estate”). The role will serve as transaction counsel to AWM Real Estate and will focus on real estate acquisition, development, construction, joint ventures, financing, leasing, asset management and disposition across multiple product types in the Americas, including office, multi-family, industrial, hospitality, senior housing, student housing and retail.
