The Legal Division is looking for an attorney with four+ years’ experience to join the Global Banking and Markets Legal team in New York, McLean VA or Washington DC. The key responsibilities of the position will be supporting the Goldman Sachs’ custody business for registered investment advisors (RIA Custody business) and the broker-dealer clearing services business (Broker-Dealer Clearing Services business). The RIA Custody business is an execution, clearing and custody platform that serves independent RIAs. The Broker-Dealer Clearing Services business provides clearing and settlement services to broker-dealers and their customers.
