In this role you will: 1) Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as a key participant in large scale planning; 2) Provides guidance to senior management on complex legal and regulatory matters with significant impact on business initiatives, strategy, and performance; 3) Serve as a subject matter expert to cover 1071 and Community Reinvestment Act Rulemaking implementation and reporting along with providing guidance on the Small Business Banking’s Special Purpose Credit Program.
