In this role you will: 1) Provide effective and strategic legal and regulatory advice related to innovation and change management organizations and related businesses and functions; 2) Work with and advise business and operations leaders, risk and compliance professionals on compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international laws and regulations related to innovation, enterprise partnerships, distributed ledger and digital assets, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data analytics and insights, change management lifecycle, new business initiatives and Agile processes.
