McKesson Corporation has an opening for Lead Counsel - Employment and Benefits Law. This role will be based in Las Colinas, Texas (preferred), and report to the Managing Chief Counsel, Employment and Benefits Law. The position is primarily responsible for providing and managing legal services to the company on labor, employment and benefits law matters. In that role, he/she will be a key player in facilitating proactive compliance with state and federal workplace laws, including: EEO, Wage/Hour, Equal Pay, Leave, Labor Relations, Restrictive Covenants, Immigration, OSHA, and Government/OFCCP Audits.
