Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Counsel to support the Commercial Card product within our Global Treasury Management line of business. Primary responsibilities will involve supporting multiple deals, projects, and initiatives involving the Commercial Card and Commercial Banking/Corporate and Investment Banking lines of business, including supervising paralegals on transactional matters, and serving as lead product attorney for the Commercial Card product organization. Additional responsibilities include providing advice and guidance on various laws and regulations impacting commercial card, as well as analyzing and reviewing internal policies, standards, and procedures.
