Meta seeks a talented and highly-motivated Lead Counsel to join the Business and Strategy Partnerships legal team supporting Meta’s businesses, including virtual reality and augmented reality. Success in this position will require you to work directly with the business to structure, draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including software and content licenses, IP, professional services, and other strategic developer- and partner-facing agreements. In addition, you will be required to provide creative and practical guidance to clients on various legal, product, and business strategies.
