The Business Litigation Group of the Boston office of McCarter & English seeks a litigation associate with 3-5 years of business litigation experience. Candidates must have litigation experience in the Massachusetts state and federal courts with specific expertise in complex commercial litigation matters, including matters involving breach of contract, commercial torts, 93A and related claims. Experience with the real estate industry and clients is a plus.
