Labor Relations Director
The Labor Relations Director will own and drive Sierra Club’s labor relations function. The position will play a significant and visible role in moving Sierra Club’s labor relations and operational initiatives forward, with an emphasis on building cooperative, collegial and productive relationships with labor unions. The Labor Relations Director has a key role in ensuring that Sierra Club’s values are echoed in Sierra Club’s broader set of policies regarding labor and employee relations. This position will report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with the Office of General Counsel and the People Department.
