The Labor & Employment ("L&E") Attorney is responsible for providing legal counsel and advice on traditional labor and employment law matters that arise from the day-to-day operations of Southwest Airlines. The L&E Attorney also represents the Company as lead counsel in labor arbitrations and before federal, state, and local administrative agencies. The L&E Attorney comprehensively manages a wide variety of legal actions. The L&E Attorney interacts on a regular basis with Senior Leaders in the Organization on strategic and legal matters related to workplace and employment law issues.
