The IP / Senior Litigation Counsel will function as a key IP advisor to the business and will assist in driving company growth by developing and implementing innovative litigation strategies to secure first to market launches. This role will collaborate with the Global IP team, in particular the Global Patent Attorneys, to support the development of products in a manner that optimizes the launch of those products in the US.
