As an Intellectual Property Counsel for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, Illinois, you will have the following responsibilities: 1) Lead intellectual property legal support for one or more Deere product lines or technology areas; 2) Lead one or more intellectual property committees; 3) Prepare, negotiate, and/or file patent applications, office actions, and agreements; 4) Provide intellectual property training; 5) Manage all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution for one or more Deere product lines or technology areas
