The United States Anti-Doping Agency (""USADA""), the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (""USOPC""), and the USOPC Athletes' Advisory Council (AAC) seek at least 5 and up to 8 Independent Arbitrators to hear and resolve doping disputes in the Olympic & Paralympic sports. Responsibilities include:||Conducting preliminary hearings|Setting discovery and briefing schedules|Resolve pre-hearing disputes|Review pre-hearing briefs and exhibits|Conduct evidentiary hearings|Issue written reasoned awards||Arbitrator candidates will be selected based on their qualifications by the USOPC, the USOPC AAC and USADA. There is no obligation that a candidate be a member or any arbitral body or association prior to appointment. Once appointed, arbitrators will serve a six-year term and hear matters on a rotating basis that arise out of the USADA Protocol for Olympic and Paralympic Movement Testing. This is not a full time position.
