HR Regulatory Compliance Lead (JR-01631266 )

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure HR compliance with all employment/labor laws (federal, state, and local) in all the various locations for Lowe's (e.g., Stores, distribution centers, corporate support centers, etc.). This includes responsibility for monitoring changes in the business environment, legislation, and regulatory standards that may affect HR policies and procedures. This role will create and execute audits, conduct benchmarking studies, and evaluate current state processes/practices. The HR Regulatory Compliance Lead is responsible for making strategy and execution recommendations for programs and practices that mitigate risk to Lowe’s and creating and presenting such to all levels of leadership. This position serves as a project implementation lead for new or amended laws by creating project plans and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the company.
