Goldman Sachs FICC Legal is looking for an attorney to provide legal coverage related to the trading and documentation of OTC derivatives, hedging transactions and structured financings. Additional responsibilities will include analysis of regulations and related advocacy including working with industry groups on global regulatory changes affecting derivatives and other fixed income products. The attorney would be part of the global FICC Legal team which is part of the broader Global Banking & Markets Legal team and provides ongoing support on behalf of all of the trading, capital raising and other activities of Goldman Sachs’ Global Banking & Markets franchise.
