This position will report to the Deputy Corporate Secretary and Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate, ESG and Investigations and provide counsel to the Corporate Finance function, including Investor Relations and Treasury. The successful candidate will work closely with Corporate Finance to ensure SEC compliance and support investor communications, securities offerings, and banking transactions and will also support the Law Department’s ESG, corporate governance, and cybersecurity activities.
