Responsibilities involve structuring, advising and drafting/reviewing and negotiating complex renewable (solar, alternative fuels and emerging technologies) transactions from inception through sale of the asset or portfolio or implementation of the project for Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc and its affiliates.
