The General Counsel is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the legal affairs and compliance efforts of the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will provide legal guidance, support, and strategic counsel to various departments, while also overseeing external legal resources. A key collaborator with the Real Estate, Construction, and Facility teams, as well as the CFO for contract review and approval, the General Counsel plays a vital role in shaping company culture through a customer-focused mindset. This position will drive cross-functional collaboration, foster productive partnerships, and develop processes and systems that align with legal best practices. As a key member of the management team, the General Counsel will work closely with other leaders to execute the company’s strategic direction and inspire a team-oriented approach across the business.
