We are currently seeking a General Counsel to join our team and lead contract negotiations and maintain compliance with laws/regulations specific to the retail contracts, food distribution and trading industries. The General Counsel will also oversee and provide guidance on ongoing litigation, serving as the main point of contact for external law firms currently engaged. It will be the GC responsibility to collect and present all supporting information ascertaining to each case. You will be actively involved in facilitating the company’s business goals, assessing and continuing to develop the company’s processes and priorities, helping the company navigate complex legal issues.
