Provides legal advice and counsel. Collaborates and aligns on strategy, action planning, and communication with client, business units, and other areas of Law and Regulation (L & R). Proactively counsels on emerging legal issues and risks. Provides legal advice to project teams. Reviews and delegates new matters, including those assigned to outside counsel. Provides project management, coordination, and collaboration between legal teams within L &R and with business clients. Conducts research, substantive drafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiating on complex matters. Provides budget oversight.
