The Legal team at Goldman Sachs is looking for an experienced attorney to support the firm’s global ESG and sustainable finance activities across Divisions. This attorney will provide general legal advice to Executive Office, business division and control side teams across sustainability and ESG topics, including those pertaining to climate change. The attorney will assist with preparation of sustainability-related disclosure documents, regulatory filings, and communications and provide support and advice across multiple transactional teams. The ideal candidate will have broad corporate and transactional experience involving public company securities disclosures (including filings under the Securities Act and Exchange Act) and/or investment company disclosures (including filings under the Investment Company Act), and knowledge of ESG regulatory developments across jurisdictions.
