Candidates should have experience in environmental law, including regulatory (soil, water and air) and governmental enforcement matters. Experience in Clean Air Act (permitting, compliance, advocacy) is preferred. The attorneys will work closely with assigned clients, often on a daily basis, with oversight from more experienced attorneys where required.
