You will act as the primary employment law contact for assigned Human Resource clients and provide occasional support to other attorneys. This work includes advising HR professionals and business leaders about employment and labor law issues including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, ADA/FMLA, noncompete/trade secrets and breach of contract.
