As an Employment and Labor Counsel, you will be responsible of the following duties: 1) Providing proactive legal services and comprehensive advice and counsel regarding US labor and employment laws to a wide range of stakeholders across diverse business and functional lines; 2) Partnering with the Human Resources Department of Shell USA, Inc., to support businesses and functions in the United States, such as Downstream, Upstream, Integrated Gas, Projects & Technology, Renewables & Energy Solutions, Global Functions, US Policy, MA&D, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations; 3) You will be reporting to the Managing Counsel – North America Labor, Employment & Benefits
