Employee Benefits Attorney
Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, the nation’s largest healthcare focused law firm, is seeking an Employee Benefits Attorney with at least 10 years of experience and a portable book of business. Candidates should have significant experience advising clients with respect to ERISA, Affordable Care Act, executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and health and welfare plans. Experience in complementary areas of law such as tax or employment/labor is welcomed.
Hall Render attorneys routinely advise health care organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. This Attorney can be based in any of Hall Render’s offices: Anchorage, AK; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Indianapolis, IN; Milwaukee, WI; Raleigh, NC; Seattle, WA; Troy, MI; or Washington, D.C., or remote depending on the candidate’s skillset and experience.
Hall Render offers competitive compensation and benefits. Benefits include medical/vision/dental/disability/life insurance, 401(k) and profit sharing, parental leave, CLE allowance, and cell phone. For purposes of complying with Colorado pay transparency requirements, a good faith estimation of the annualized salary range for this role will be $225,000 to $500,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and portable client work, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
