Responsibilities: 1) Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, primarily technology-related agreements, such as license agreements, hosting agreements, software development agreements, SaaS, and managed service provider agreements; 2) Advise and provide solutions to internal business clients serving GPS industry-based clients on issues specific to vendor contracting and relationships; 3) Provide legal advice regarding negotiation strategies, contractual terms, intellectual property matters, supplier relations and compliance matters.
