The Discovery Project Manager I provides process-related advice and liaises between internal litigators, outside counsel, various IT departments, LDM, employees, and technology teams, explaining discovery request workflow, managing expectations for deliverables, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and implementation of best practices related to discovery. The Discovery Project Manager I supports various projects and programs for LDM, including but not limited to cross-border discovery requests, information governance, data disposition, process documentation, and metrics/reporting. The Discovery Project Manager I is responsible for continually identifying opportunities to improve LDM processes, while consulting on the implementation and documentation of these improvements.
