The Corporate Securities Group of the General Counsel’s Organization is seeking a Director & Counsel to advise on corporate securities and transactional matters. Here’s just some of what you will do in this role: 1) Provide legal and strategic counsel on a wide range of corporate transactions and disclosure issues; 2) Represent the company and work closely with the Corporate Treasury team on capital markets transactions and financings, including asset-backed securitizations, credit facilities, share repurchases and derivatives transactions; 3) Advise on intercompany transactions, borrowings and investments, drafting agreements and key governance documents
